Minimum eight glass of water a day is recommended for the people to drink. As per the WEBMD, the early symbols of dehydration are increase in thirst, dry mouth and sticky saliva that can reduce urine that will result in dark yellow urine. It may also experience a lack of energy or headache. Some of main things will help you in remembering to drink water and to make it a little more enjoyable or interesting.

Unluckily, many of the individuals have gotten so out of tune that our bodies feels hungry when we are actually thirsty. If anyone is feeling hungry then try to drink a glass of water first. Always carry a water bottle of with you when you are going outside so that you will not going to feel thirsty. Our body uses and needs huge amount of water, when it sweats a lot. So, do not forget to fill back up water at the time of doing exercise. Always pay special attention as how much you drink water in a day.
